Return and Refund Policy
You went to your mailbox, very excited of your Valentine Palette then you opened it and saw it arrived with some broken shadows! We know how shattered your heart is, it does the same to us! Worry no more! Right now as long as we still have the stocks please message us right away and we can send your new Valentine Palette.
Kindly Email Us with "Return Broken Palette + Order #" as the title at email@example.com
Then send the broken palette within 7 days to this address:
*The return shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
For Broken Palettes:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the pictures of the broken palette for verification before taking any further action.
- Please be aware that we use DHL & USPS to ship your order and therefore we require evaluation before sending a replacement/refund.
- We can only send one replacement per broken palette.
- We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.This policy is to better protect you and us for any misuse of conduct violating any privacy.
- Please note that we have a weekly schedule every Wednesday for replacement shipments.
